Hypericum Perforatum, St. John’s wort, is a herb which cannot be used as a lot other medicinal herbs. It might be dangerous! It infuences other medicine, in a negative way. If you use contraceptives as the anti-conception pills they neutralize them and there is a risk to get pregnant! Though a wonderful herb, it needs attention in case you use medicine which you got from your general practisioner, or your doctor. Don’t use it then.
If you don’t use medicine, or anti-conception pills or other anti-conceptives which influence the hormones, then Hypericum Perforatum can be used when you experience a light depression. It heals also in cases of traumas in the nerve systems, and for pain because of these traumas.
